Founded in 2007 by Richard Carpenter, Chikara, Inc. is a Family Owned Bookkeeping and Consulting Firm located in Valencia, CA. Chikara, Inc. provides our clients with accounting and consulting services.
Chikara Carpenter
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Chikara's professional specialty is in business consulting and accounting management as the Chief Executive Officer for Chikara Inc. She is a graduate of the USC's Marshall School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration. Over the past six years, Chikara has gained experience working with a variety of industries, including but not limited to - Security Services, Entertainment, Commercial Property Management, and IT.
Chikara strives for excellent customer relations and enjoys helping individuals and businesses to achieve their financial goals.
Richard Carpenter
Founder/Owner
Richard founded Chikara Inc in 2007 and is now a member of the Board of Directors. He is a graduate of CSUN's Business School with a B.S. in Business Administration. Over the past 40 years, Richard has gained management experience working with a variety of industries such as Commercial Property Management and Telecommunications.
Richard is passionate about assisting small businesses and individuals to succeed financially.

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Nathan specializes in accounting management as the Chief Financial Officer for Chikara Inc. He is currently studying for the CPA Exam. Over the past four years, Nathan has gained experience working with a variety of industries, including but not limited to - Security Services, Entertainment, Commercial Property Management, and IT.
Nathan is dedicated to providing clients with the best financials.
MIchi Carpenter
Head Bookeeper
Michi specializes in managing Chikara Inc's bookkeeping services as the Head Bookkeeper. She began her career as lead bookkeeper and payroll manager for Office Communications Services with over 300+ employees before joining Chikara Inc.
Jeannette Carpenter
AP/AR Specialist and Bookkeeper
Jeannette specializes in Accounts Payable/Receivables services for Chikara Inc. She holds multiple Bachelor's Degrees and a Master's Degree. She is a proud graduate of UC Riverside.
